Tom Blyth is currently playing the young Coriolanus Snow, and Rachel Zegler is playing Lucy Grey Baird. Based on a draught by Michael Arndt, Michael Lesslie wrote the screenplay. As director, Francis Lawrence is coming back. As tributes to the games, additional cast members include Laurel Marsden, Ashley Liao, Knox Gibson, Mackenzie Lansing, Aamer Husain, Nick Benson, Luna Steeples, and Hiroki Berrecloth.

President Coin decides to send an unstable Peeta into the conflict zone in an effort to thwart Katniss’s plan because she has few other alternatives that would allow her to maintain her position of power.
