I constantly look for moisturisers that are nourishing but not greasy or sticky because I have oily skin. I knew I had to test this moisturiser as soon as I saw it being introduced as Minimalist. Everything, including the name and the ingredients, was beckoning to me.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION To hydrate skin from the inside out, this moisturiser has an ideal combination of all these humectants, including Sodium Polyglutamate (holds four times more water than hyaluronic acid), Vitamin B5, Xylitylglucoside, Glycerine, and Amino Acids.
Qualane and Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride are emollients for soft, supple skin that retains moisture over time without becoming greasy.
Additionally, it contains Shea Butter, a superb occlusive that seals in our skin’s hydration.
The product contains 3% Sepicalm, which combines minerals (Magnesium & Potassium) with amino acids (protein building blocks) to ease stinging, soothe irritation, and reduce redness.
It has been proven to diminish redness caused by UV stress by roughly 25% and to lessen the stinging effects of lactic acid by 90% in just one minute. In order to further relax the skin, Oat is added to Sepicalm in two forms: colloidal oatmeal and oat extract.

The moisturiser is white and resembles a standard white cream in appearance. The texture is neither thick nor thin. Medium consistency describes it.

The moisturiser may appear heavy in the image and at first glance. But you’ll be able to feel it after you apply it. The moisturiser absorbs fast into the skin and is creamy.
My face is moisturised, soft, and non-sticky after using minimalist moisturiser for 30 seconds. Only a tiny bit is required to hydrate my entire face. I’d rather suggest that the amount depends on the person’s skin type.
There are only a few moisturisers that would function flawlessly for all skin kinds, however this is appropriate for all skin types.
My skin didn’t go oily from this moisturiser, and neither did my face. Since the first day, I have been using it nonstop day and night since I am completely in love with it.
I’ve been travelling a lot, so my skin has gone through both oily and slightly stretched dry phases. And in both situations, this moisturiser performed wonderfully effectively. I am astounded with how well-hydrated the face felt and how it didn’t feel heavy or sticky on either oily or dry skin.

WHAT TO DO
Use following the use of all serums, toning, and cleansing. Massage the product into your face and neck after taking the appropriate amount. Apply sunscreen in the morning.
