The chocolate chip cookies from Pinch of Yum:
Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons of softened salted butter
- 50 g of white sugar
- 1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
- 1 egg
- All-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups
- A half-teaspoon of baking soda
- 14 teaspoon of salt
- chocolate chips, 3/4 cup
Instructions:
- 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) in the oven
- The butter, white sugar, and brown sugar are blended until frothy.
- Egg and vanilla extract should be mixed after adding them.
- Mix the salt, baking soda, and flour in a separate basin.
- Mix just till mixed after gradually incorporating the dry ingredients into the wet ones.
- Add the chocolate chunks and stir.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets without cooking spray.
- Until golden brown, bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Allow them cool for a little while on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
